Cheryl has been in mortgage banking for over 20 years and with Wells Fargo since 1993. During her career with Wells Fargo she has held a variety of positions in fulfillment as well as area manger for Southeastern MA. Her career in reverse mortgages started out running the NE & MA for Greg Gwizdz and Joe Rogers. Reverse fundings grew from 1.5 million fundings to over 40 million a month when she decided to take the National position for the senior products group in 2003.
In 2005, Wells Fargo funded 4 billion dollars in Reverse mortgages and cash account, up from 2.7 billion in 2004.
Cheryl is now considered one of the few subject matter experts in reverse financing and also serves on the board of directors for the National Reverse Mortgage Loan Association. |

Shereen Remez is Executive Vice President for AARP Member Value.
